We kindly ask that you return your item(s) via express shipping, with shipping costs borne by the buyer. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit and are valid for 14 days only. All returns/exchanges must be sent back within: • 7 working days (within Malaysia) • 10 working days (international orders) • 3 working days (for in-store purchases) Returns can only be made once per order. Any items purchased with return credit are not eligible for further returns. Please ensure all returned/exchanged items are in their original condition: tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and free from odour. We truly appreciate your care in keeping every Tyra & Co. piece in perfect condition. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and measurements. However, please note: • Colours may vary slightly due to studio lighting or screen display settings. • Minor measurement differences of 2–3cm are not considered defects. ⚠️ Important Notes • Sale and markdown items, innerwear, and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. • All returns are final; subsequent requests will not be accepted. • Proof of purchase/receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
